    Vitiligo

    Why do people have to be so insensitive (is that a word?)
     
    I suffer from Vitiligo (loss of pigment in skin, I am patchy!) a few weeks ago was paying for my shopping in debenhams and the silly girl serving me was staring at my hands and when she gave me my change back she just put it on the counter..... How Rude!
     
    Thats not all on my vitiligo issues somebody who will remain nameless who clearly thinks she is more perfect than anyone else in the world ever has felt the need to call me a freak because of it.
     
    I am sorry but I am not a freak and my vitiligo is not catching and it does not hurt anyone and the silly thing is i dont really notice it untill its pointed out!

    i to have vertiligo and when i lived in the Uk people barely noticed, but now i live in spain
    and people look all the time, but the only peolpe brave enough to ask are children, who are
    quikly silenced by the parents, so i make a point to continue and tell the child.
    luckily i have not had anybody make rude or horrible comments about it, the world is a nasty place.
    leave the small minded people behind!!!
